About Us
Stewart's Tri-State opened it's doors in 1967 in Cincinnati Ohio. Bob Stewart
started and ran the business until 1996 at which time the ownership was sold to his
son, Bobby Stewart, who now owns and runs the business.
Bobby and his wife Amy have two boys. The family is very involved in the day to
day operations of the business. Amy manages the books while Bobby manages the
office, and performs service to many of there customers.
STS has an experienced crew.
Robert has been running service on commercial cooking equipment for six years and is in charge of the installs of walk in coolers and other equipment
Eddie is a seasoned tech with over ten years in the field. Eddie has been trained on many different mfgs.
Bruce is experienced in welding and metal working. He also is quickly becoming a valuable part of the service team, with years of maintenance experience, to back him up.
Doug is our lead refrigeration tech, he has many years of experience in the commercial cooking and cooling field.
Our newest team member is Jon. He is an experinced referigation teck. Jon comes to us from Texas and has a strong understanding of what Hot can do to a cooling system.
Denise is the back bone of our company. She has been with us, on and off, for 15+ years. She answers the phones, does the invoicing, orders the parts, and dispatches the service calls.
At STS Repair, our focus is on Repair of Commercial Cooking Equipment. In addition to commercial cooking equipment, STS is the South West Ohio authorized service agency for Ready Access drive thru windows. We also build and move walk in coolers, install new equipment, and sell new and used equipment.
We service most all brands of commercial cooking equipment. Stewart's Tri-State also performs warranty service for many Manufactures.
